Live Light Holistic Wellness

Passion, commitment, intention and integrity characterize Karen. Her grounded approach and lifelong dedication to holistic health has led her to create Live Light Wellness, a passion project!

Her intention is to reach, educate and empower as many people possible of the astounding benefits of Roxiva’s Audio Visual Entrainment (AVE) technology.

Karen’s first introduction to Audio Visual Entrainment was in 2019. Over the last several years, Karen conducted well over a thousand light sessions in both North America and Europe, attended International Conference’s, Training Programs and participated in numerous Trade Shows in North America. She has reached a diverse clientele and witnessed firsthand, the transformative effects people have experienced.

Prior to Karen founding Live Light Wellness, she was a Registered Social Worker (RSW), Counselor, program Manager, Certified Yoga instructor where she established a strong foundation in human behavior and development, mental health and overall well-being.

Karen believes that head-heart coherence, a regulated nervous system and personal awareness are fundamental to ones’ overall wellness. Knowing that sustained wellness begins with self, Karen looks forward to continuing her work with Roxiva technology as a conduit to improving and empowering people’s lives.
